We had a great day today, especially at the Minnesota Children's Museum, where Jude went "shopping" for what else? Bread.

Moved the packages along the conveyor belt (he's ready for a career with UPS)

We came to the museum with friends Marta and Sara (and dad, Dana), but also ran into our friend, Zoe and her mom, Sara. Jude and Zoe decided to do a little impromptu comedy show, complete with laugh track and frog sounds. 

He was *fascinated* by the balls in the water tubes.

Fascinated.

 Marta and Jude got to race boats. BOATS. We probably could have told him the water section was the whole museum and he would have thought it was one of the coolest places we've ever taken him. 

But then he would have missed out on the groceries... 

Listen, dude. If you want to take over grocery shopping, we're cool with that. Just - please - get some fruits and vegetables. Thanks. Love, Mama.

We had a beautiful fall day today and after ECFE the kids had a blast running around collecting sticks and rocks. It was definitely a "I heart Minneapolis" kind of day.

Today was a pajamas until noon kind of day, which we haven't had in a long time. Jude wanted to start his day by sitting in the kitty bed and looking at the "purple book" of photos.

We had a fantastic day today - farmers market, breakfast at panera, first day of ECFE, and supper club (while Jude hung out with Marta, Sara, and a babysitter). But even with all that activity, I neglected to take a picture! So instead you get to check out the awesome pants we got for Jude at the farmers market!

I'm back! But in all of my excitement about being back, I forgot to take a picture. So now you get EXTREME CLOSE UP!!!!

Also, I think it's worth noting that we've set a goal for ourselves of 2 weeknight dinners together as a family. It's not the easiest, but we did it tonight... Yahoo! Buffalo chicken sandwiches for everyone!

We had such perfect weather today and a GREAT time at the zoo! We rode the tractor out to the farm and Jude totally loved giving the goats "treats" (but wanted nothing to do with touching a baby chick!).

We babysat Marta and Sara D today while Kris and Dana TCB'd downtown. We had so much fun playing in the park across the street from their house. Sara pushed "Baby Jude" in the swing and Marta cracked up at Jude's stand-up routine ("mo mo nana?" HILARIOUS!). By the time we were leaving, Sara told Lindsay, "I love baby Ju-Ju, but he's so *small*"
Only to you, Sara, only to you (btw, Sara is almost 3 AND SHE AND JUDE WEIGH THE SAME).
